Understanding Medicare is not for the faint of heart. It is a complex system but we help families navigate the complexities and insure that they are getting the full benefits of this system. Medicare beneficiaries face a myriad of rules, conditions, and exceptions under the Medicare program. Let our experienced geratric care manger help you understand Medicare eligibility and apply for benefits.
Medicare benefits eligibility can either be for Medicare Part A or Medicare Part B, which are the main types of Medicare. Hospital insurance is associated with Medicare Part A and medical insurance is associated with Medicare Part B. To qualify for Medicare in Florida, patients can be under 65 – with exception. Medicare qualifications state that younger patients who are disabled and who are receiving Social Security Disability Insurance payments will have Medicare eligibility in Florida. Most patients will have eligibility for Medicare if they have been receiving these payments for over 24 months. This particular period of time is the two-year waiting period that patients must go through before automatic enrollment in Medicare. In other words, Medicare eligibility will automatically be granted on the 25th month that they have received an SSDI payment. However, anyone suffering from Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis does not have to wait 24 months. Instead, these patients will have Medicare eligibility and start receiving benefits on the first month they get an SSDI payment.

Thank you so much for your impeccable professional services and warmth and wisdom. My parents have made a wonderful transition to assisted living, accomplished without any crises, and your advice and involvement are what made it possible for me to accomplish this substantial change in their situation with little drama and such a good outcome. Thank you. Wishing you continued success.
What can I say? I have waited a while to gather my thoughts and still I am not sure how to put into words how grateful we are for the many ways in which you have been a blessing to us. There is no way I could ever begin to list the many kindnesses you have shown. Your professional competence is amazing. In a world in which too many people promise too much, and then deliver too little, you serve as a role model for all of us.
What can I say about Denise? She is my Guardian Angel, without her I would be stumbling. She has enhanced my life for the better, not to mention my brother's. Her outstanding care, compassion and attention to detail fulfill all our needs and wants. God bless her, and thank-you for being my Angel.
Denise is extremely kind and knowledgable. She genuinely cares about Mom, and the entire family. She goes out of her way to provide my mother with all things necessary to ensure her a happy, active life. She seems to have an abundance of great resources. I look forward to seeing Denise each month. Her compassion and sense of humor make our visits very pleasant. Her expertise in the field of Eldercare allows my mother to enjoy a comfortable, quality life.
As we near the end of our almost ten-year relationship keeping watch over my father, I want to tell you how much I appreciate your service and your team. I can't say enough good things about Nancy and her professionalism and thoughtfulness. I at all times had confidence in your organization ensuring Irv's welfare throughout this difficult but all too common situation. It's a difficult but critically needed business you are in and you are to be commended.
