Senior Crossroads sees one of its main goals as the relieving of stress for the family that comes from caring for elderly or chronically ill family members. We provide relief and reassurance to both our clients and their families by being there as much or as little as they desire. We are prepared to walk with the family every step along the way to provide them with guidance and support to insure the best quality of life possible.
In some cases, an older adult may need on-going monitoring in order to maintain the highest level of independence in their home. Some older adults may not have family members in town or may have family members that are bound by other obligations and unable to assist with necessary daily programs. In these cases, our geriatric care managers can step in and provide regular support and supervision to older adults. Routine reports can then be given to concerned family members or other professionals regarding the on-going status of the older adult.

Our Aging Life Care Professionals®, also referred to Geriatric Care Managers, are professionals with their degree in Social Work, Gerontology & Nursing. They have the knowledge and experience to assist seniors and their families with long term care arrangements, everyday issues, and advocacy.
