Serve as liaison for families living out of town
We know that when adult children live out of town, there is constant worry about their parents. We pride ourselves in being the eyes and ears for the distant family members. We will attend medical appointments, visit regularly and most importantly communicate with the family as to the status and needs of their parent.
Senior Crossroads acts as a liaison between the elderly or disabled and their out-of-town relatives. We advocate for clients with physicians, insurance, hospital, nursing homes, and retirement communities. We find the assistance they need for personal one-on-one support, such as assisting with filing supplemental insurance claims, day-to-day money management tasks such as bill paying, account keeping, and organization of tax documents. Oftentimes it’s the “extra” support that allows a client to retain their independence.
